This policy applies to all sales made by customers to EYE4EYE Company, unless otherwise required by aplicable law. By complete a purchase, you agree to the terms of this return and refund policy. Eye4Eye Company not accept product returns.
Exceptions: Refunds or replacements for verified issues.
Eye4Eye may offer partial refund or replacement only in the following verified cases:
-The wrong product las shipped (different model, color or reference from what was ordered).
-The product is lost in transit when shipping responsibility lies with Eye4Eye or our designated carrier.
Requirements for claim process.
To evaluate and process a refund or replacement, customer must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos (included any damaged)
- A short description
- In some cases, we may request that the product be returned for inspection before authorizing a refund or replacement.
Shipping and cost for approved refunds or replacements.
If a replacement is approved due to our error or a manufacturing defect, Eye4Eye will cover all return and reshipping costs.
If the refund request results from a shipping issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any related expenses.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider and can take 5-15 business days after approval.
Order cancellations.
Cancellation request are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Warranties.
Any applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty will be honored. Customer should contact the manufacturer directly.
